November 10, 2021, Southern District of Texas – Walker County Hospital Corporation, as debtor and debtor in possession, commences clawback actions against ninety three (93) creditors to avoid and recover transfers approximately worth $4.1 million allegedly made within ninety (90) days prior to the date on which the hospital filed its voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Some of the largest cases in the group have been filed against Hospital Docs, P.A., Medline Industries Inc., Premier Anesthesia, LLC, Crothall Healthcare Inc., for avoidance of $336,457.88, $285,656.15, $274,688.74, $240,972.78 respectively.
