November 22, 2021, Eastern District of New York – Honorable Nancy Hershey Lord approves the appointment of Yolande I. Nicholsan, Esq. and Yolande I. Nicholsan, P.C. as the special counsel for Debtor Randaull Andrew Cobb. Per the application filed in the Court, the special counsel is employed to :
- Advice debtor as to its powers and duties as debtors with respect to New York Law and related issues
- Take necessary steps to protect debtor’s assets and to prosecute actions in behalf of debtor;
- Defend debtor in litigations and perform necessary legal services in connection with Chapter 11.
