November 12, 2021, Southern District of New York – Trustee Salvatore LaMonica of the bankruptcy estate of Sitehands, Inc. charges Defendant Horizon River Technologies, LLC  for alleged breach of contract and turnover of property. The Trustee also seeks a judicial determination of the rights of Debtor and duties of Defendant arising out of a settlement agreement between the parties.

The complaint alleges that Defendant breaches its contractual obligations to pay the settlement sum under the settlement agreement terms. Specifically, the Trustee argues that Defendant failed to pay $625,000 of the settlement sum, i.e., $725,000, plus interest and costs. Accordingly, the Trustee demands judgment on his claims for relief against Defendant.
