January 19, 2022, Middle District of Tennessee – Upon consideration on the application of Debtor River Hill, Ltd for approving the employment and retention of EmergeLaw, PLC as its counsel, Honorable Judge Marian F. Harrison grants River Hill’s application and appoints the EmergeLaw, PLC as Debtor’s counsel. As stated in the application, the counsel has been and will be employed to provide various legal services for Debtor, including, but not limited to, the following:

a) legal advice concerning the rights, powers, and duties of Debtor in the management of its property;
b) Investigating and, if necessary, instituting legal action on behalf of the Debtor to collect and recover assets of the estate of Debtor;
c) Preparing all necessary pleadings, orders, and reports concerning this proceeding and to rendering all other necessary or proper legal services;
d) Assisting and counseling the Debtor in the preparation, presentation, and confirmation of its disclosure statement and plan;
e) Representing the Debtor as may be necessary to protect its interests; and
f) Performing all other legal services that may be necessary and appropriate in the general administration of the Debtor’s estate.
