Dupont Street 3 LLC Acquires Claims in Face Amount of $8.5 Million in Dupont Street Developers Bankruptcy

January 28, 2022, Eastern District of New York – Interior Development, Inc., Goldberg Zonio & Associates & DuPont Realty NY LLC transfer rights, titles, and interests in their claims (Claim No. 13: $950,000.00, Claim No. 5: $462,686.80, Claim No. 14: $7,108,444.89, respectively) in the bankruptcy case of Dupont Street Developers LLC. As per the notices filed under Rule 3001(e)(2) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District for New York, Dupont Street 3 LLC has acquired these claims from the transferors.

On March 17, 2021, Dupont Street Developers LLC filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor’s case was assigned Case no. 1-21-40664-NHL and is pending before the Honorable Judge Nancy Hershey Lord in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court New York Eastern District. The Debtor is represented by the Law Firm Robinson Brog Leinwand Greene et al.
