October 13, 2021, District of New Jersey – Debtor Aluminum Shapes, LLC by and through its counsel, Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP, accuses Defendant Concrete Support Systems, LLC of an alleged breach of contract, quantum meruit, unjust enrichment, promissory estoppel and turnover of property.

The adversary proceeding involves the alleged failure of Defendant to pay for the items it purportedly ordered and received from the Debtor, despite the parties’ four (4) year business relationship and a clear understanding that Concrete Support was required to pay for the items it requested and received from the Debtor. Accordingly, the Debtor asks the Court to enter a judgment against Defendant for the sum of $321,877.44 and all award other relief the Court deems equitable and just.
