Wolff&Orenstein Appointed as Debtor’s Counsel to Provide Extensive Legal Services in South Harbor Irrevocable Trust

February 16, 2022, District of Maryland – Honorable Bankruptcy Judge David E. Rice approves the application of Debtor South Harbor Irrevocable Trust, requesting authority to employ and appoint  Michael G.  Wolff,  Esq.,  and Wolff  &  Orenstein, LLC as Debtor’s counsel. As stated in the Debtor’s application, Michael G. Wolff, Esquire, and Wolff & Orenstein, LLC will perform all legal services for the Debtor and represent the Debtor. The Debtor’s application also states that the Debtor anticipates the requirement of extensive legal services and that the retention of Michael G. Wolff, Esquire, and Wolff & Orenstin, LLC is necessary and will benefit the Debtor and its estate.
