February 19, 2022, District of Delaware – Advisory Trust Group, LLC, in its capacity as Trustee of the Creditors’ Trust of Hygea Holdings Corp., initiates twenty (23) lawsuits against several creditors to avoid and recover alleged transfers amounting to $2.5 Million and to disallow any claims held by the defendants.
Some of the creditors against whom Advisory Trust Group initiated lawsuits include – Solomon & Solomon Medical Clinic LLC, Atlanta Cardiology and Primary Care, PC, Luis R. Alvarado Lopez, M.D., Halos Systems LLC, Bruce Romanello, Innovative Clinical Partners LLC, et al.
The case is In re Hygea Holdings Inc.,(Reorganised Debtors) jointly administered under Case No. 20-10362 (KBO). By way of background and as pointed out in the Trust’s complaint, the Debtors were a consolidated enterprise of several companies that focused on delivering primary-care-based healthcare to approximately 190,000 commercial, Medicare and Medicaid patients in the southeast United States. The Debtors were headquartered in Miami, Florida. Honorable Judge Karen B. Owens presides over the Debtor’s bankruptcy case. The law firm of Fox Rothschild LLP represents the Trust.
