November 16, 2021, District of Delaware – Plaintiff Pipeline Foods, LLC initiates a lawsuit against Defendant Global Processing, Inc. for alleged breach of contract and unjust enrichment. Pipeline Foods seeks to recover $1,570,517.51 plus the costs of suit legal fees and pre-judgment and post-judgment interest from Global Processing.

As alleged in the complaint, Pipeline Foods and Global Processing entered into sales contracts to sell and purchase 1,000 metric tons of soybeans. Pipeline argues that it has allegedly performed all of its obligations under the agreements and that Global Processing has fully accepted Pipeline Foods’ performance under the contracts. Pipeline further argues that while Global Processing allegedly obtained the benefits of the delivery of goods identified by the contracts, it did not allegedly fulfill its obligations to Pipeline Foods relating to such goods. Accordingly, Pipeline argues that Global Processing breached its duties under the contracts by failing to make the payments required thereunder.
