October 19, 2021, Eastern District of Texas – The United States Bankruptcy Court for Eastern District of Texas approves the application of Miken Oil, Inc. (“Debtor”) for entry of an order authorizing the employment of Michael Starr and Coghlan & Crowson, LLP as a special counsel for the Debtor.
As stated in the application filed with the bankruptcy court, the Debtor selected Michael Starr and Coghlan & Crowson, LLP for the firm’s experience in litigation and bankruptcy matters. Additionally, the firm previously represented the Debtor in another litigation with MJR Oil & Gas 2001, LLC.
