January 5, 2022, District of New Jersey – Honorable Judge Jerrold N. Poslusny Jr. grants the application of Debtor Aluminum Shapes, LLC for entry of an order pursuant to sections 327(e) and 328(a) of the Bankruptcy Code and Fed.R. Bankr. P. 2014, authorizing the employment and retention of Kurtzman Steady, LLC (the “KS Firm”), with offices located at 2 Kings Highway West, Suite 102, Haddonfield, New Jersey 08033 as special counsel to the Debtor. As stated in the application to employ and retain special counsel, KS Firm is retained to prepare certain adversary proceedings, claim objections, answers, orders, reports, and papers necessary to prosecute the claims on the Debtor’s behalf. Further, the KS Firm will not duplicate any of the efforts of Debtor’s counsel, Obermayer.
