Jefferies Leveraged Credit Products Transfers Claim in Face Amount of $25M in Grupo Aeromexico SAB de CV
January 11, 2022, Southern District of New York – Diameter Master Fund L.P. acquires claims in the face amount of $5,000,000.00 (Claim No. 752) and $20,000,000.00 (Proofs of Claims (POC)) against Grupo Aeromexico SAB de CV in the latter’s bankruptcy case; however, brokerage services provider, Jefferies Leveraged Credit Products, LLC was the transferor in this deal.

Grupo Aeroméxico, S.A.B. de C.V. and three (3) affiliated companies (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code on June 30, 2020. The Debtors’ cases have been assigned to Hon. Judge Shelley C. Chapman and have been jointly administered for procedural purposes on the case docket for Grupo Aeroméxico, S.A.B. de C.V., Case No. 20-11563
