January 5, 2022, District of New Jersey: The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey approves the appointment of Becker LLC as Special Counsel for Eric R. Perkins, Chapter 11 Trustee in the bankruptcy case of David Gamburg. Per the application filed in the Court, the special counsel is retained to pursue preferences, post-petition transfers, and fraudulent conveyances matters on behalf of the Debtor’s estate.
