December 21, 2021, District of Delaware – Trustee Alan D. Halperin for High Ridge Brands Liquidating Trust initiates adversary proceedings against eighty-three (83) creditors to avoid and recover all preferential transfers of property that allegedly occurred during the ninety (90) day period before the commencement of the bankruptcy proceedings of HRB Winddown, Inc. and its affiliated debtors pursuant to sections 547 and 550 of the Bankruptcy Code. In addition, Halperin also brings claim for recovery of alleged fraudulent conveyances under sections 548 and 550 of the Bankruptcy Code.
So far, Halperin seeks to recover about $30,100,541.77 from these lawsuits. Some of the largest creditors in the group include :
