Clawback Actions Initiated in Petroshare Corp Bankruptcy Case

September 3, 2021, District of Colorado – Conflicts Trustee Timothy A. Million for the PetroShare Creditor Trust in the bankruptcy case of Debtor Petroshare Corp., et al prosecuted about fifteen (15) defendants earlier last week for avoidance and recovery of the alleged transfers worth approximately $1.5 million or the value thereof under Section 547 of the Bankruptcy Code as being preferential.

PetroShare Corp is an independent oil and natural gas company which acquires and develops crude oil and natural gas properties in the United States and produces oil, liquids, and natural gas from these properties. Some of the creditors against whom the Trustee has instituted lawsuits include; Select Energy Services LLC, James Berger, Inc., Advanced Oilfield Services, LLC, TOL Consulting, LLC, Nextier Completion Solutions, Inc., Ensign United States Drilling, Inc., et al.

Honorable Judge Kimberley H. Tyson is overseeing the Debtor’s bankruptcy case. The case is In re Petroshare Corp et al in the United States Bankruptcy Court for District of Colorado under Case number:19-17633. The law firm of Okin Adams LLP is representing the Trustee in the Debtor’s bankruptcy case.
