January 26, 2022, Southern District of New York ¬– Citigroup Financial Products, Inc. files evidence and notice under Rule 3001(e)(2) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure of the transfer of the claims (Claim No: 381 &382) of Yamasa Aircraft AMI Kumiai in the bankruptcy case of Groupo Aeromexico, SAB de CV et al. The total amount of claim in Claim No. 381 is $50M against Aerovias de Mexico, SA de CV and in claim No. 382 is $50M against Groupo Aeromexico, SAB de CV et al. As per the notice of the claim transfer, Yamasa Aircraft has transferred the entire claim in face amount of $100 million to the Citigroup.
