Trustee Alfred T. Giuliano Files Clawback Actions in Clio Holdings, LLC

January 14, 2022, District of Delaware – Trustee Alfred T. Giuliano for the bankruptcy estates of Clio Holdings, LLC initiates sixty-two (62) clawback actions to avoid and recover all preferential and fraudulent transfers of property that allegedly occurred during the ninety days before the commencement of the Debtors’ bankruptcy case pursuant to sections 547, 548 and 550 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Trustee also seeks to disallow, under section 502(d) of the Bankruptcy Code, any claim that the defendants may have filed or asserted against the Debtors’ estates.

As per the complaints filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, Giuliano seeks about $5.6 million from these defendants. So far, MS International Inc., C & C North America, Inc., Cigna Health And Life Insurance Company, and Triton Stone Group, LLC, are some of the largest creditors in the group who have been sued for the return of transfers.
