November 16, 2021, Southern District of Florida – Defendant Starr  Indemnity & Liability  Company moves the  Court for the entry of an order compelling the Trustee Joshua Rizack for the bankruptcy estate of Grandparents.com, Inc., et al., to immediately produce documents to Starr in a manner that complies with Rule 34 and applicable law. 

Specifically, Starr requests the Court to issue an order compelling the Trustee to (1) eliminate all non-responsive data; (2) review all of the data and provide an index identifying which documents respond to each of Starr’s Requests and (3) provide an index to the productions, given the volume of the production, so that Starr may ascertain with reasonable effort, what documents are responsive to each of Starr’s requests.
