October 20, 2021, Northern District of Texas – Upon consideration of the application of Debtor Flexible Funding Ltd Liability Co, et al. (Bankruptcy Case Number: 21-42215-MXM-11), Honorable Judge Mark X. Mullin approves the employment of Ward & Smith, P.A. as a Special Counsel for the Debtor under Section 327(e) of the United States Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rule 2014.
The Special Counsel will perform the following duties :
a) Provide any legal services necessary and appropriate to represent the Debtors in a state court action;
b) Provide any legal services necessary to collect from one of the Debtor’s clients, Graham County Land Company (GCLC), or others for the amounts owed by GCLC; and
c) Perform all other services that may be necessary or appropriate as special counsel for or on behalf of the Debtors in the chapter 11 cases
