February 3, 2022, Western District of New York – RDC Liquidating Trust, through its trustee Advisory Trust Group, LLC, for the bankruptcy estate of Debtor Rochester Drug Co-Operative, Inc. brings lawsuits for avoidance and recovery of alleged preferential transfers and objection to claims under Sections 547, 548 and 502 of the Bankruptcy code against seventy-two (72) defendants.
