November 3, 2021, District of Delaware – Plaintiff Trustee Don A. Beskrone, for the estates of Fleetwood Acquisition Corp. et al. (collectively, the “Debtors”), charges about forty-six (46) defendants with clawback actions to recover about $ 3,532,234.64 in alleged preference and fraudulent transfers.
The complaint states that before the petition date, the Debtors were providers of customized fixtures and displays that served many customers in the retail and hospitality industries. The Debtors provided all aspects of fixture design, manufacture, and installation for customers. On November 4, 2019, each of the Debtors filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. On November 5, 2019, the Court entered an order directing the joint administration of the Debtors’ cases under Case No. 19-12330 (KBO).
Some of the prominent creditors against whom the Trustee initiated lawsuits include – Ralph Lauren Corporation, Produits Métalliques Roy Inc, Les Peter Marino International Ltd., W.W. Wainwright, Inc., Saks Fifth Avenue LLC, James E. Blaszcyk, B&L Wood Creations, Inc.
