November 10, 2021, Eastern District of Texas – Plaintiff Allison Byman, as the Plan Administrator of Nuvectra Corporation Liquidating Plan for Debtor Nuvectra Corporation, initiates seven new adversary proceedings to recover transfers made to the creditors as alleged preferences pursuant to Section 547 of the Bankruptcy Code.
