Gould vs. Falcon Strategic Partners IV, LP (In re Integrity Directional Servs, LLC)
Plaintiff Douglas N. Gould, in his capacity as trustee of the Chapter 7 bankruptcy estate of Integrity Directional Services, LLC sought to avoid as a preferential transfer under 11 U.S.C. $547 (c)(1) a "blanket" security interest in debtor's assets claimed by Defendant Falcon Strategic Partners IV, LP which was given to secure a promissory note in the face amount of $18 million.
